Witnesses

"There is music, and then there is MUSIC. When you have a combination of accomplished musicians combined with an ethereal voice, combined with personality and charisma, you have the makings of a great night. Jiselle McCollam’s Jazz Cult was recently hired by us for a public event in which we wanted to highlight the music to grab our customers and give them a night to remember. They exceed all expectations, overdelivering with style. We look forward to doing whatever we can to promote this amazing group in the future. Five stars!"

- Jason Kallsen, Founder/Owner Twin Cities Wine Education LLC

"I recently hired Jiselle McCollam and her band for a 1 year Anniversary party for a MedSpa I'm assistant manager for in Minnetonka. I had seen Jiselle perform in a handful of venues prior to asking her to be a part of our special night, and knew she would be perfect for the evening, and I was absolutely correct. With a sophisticated sound, and a relaxed and timeless vibe, her voice and energy far surpassed our guests' expectations. These events are usually filled with buzz and chatter, and instead I found our guests stopping mid sentence to just watch and listen. You feel as if you've been swept back in time as the band brings back the classics of the Golden Era, and Jiselle's voice seems as if it was made for this music. She was born to perform, and it shows! I'd highly recommend this group for any special occasion!!"

- Bradley Beahen, Manager Mérite House of Beauty

"Jiselle McCollam. Her sultry recording of Melody Gardot’s 'Your Heart Is as Black as Night' drew me to the vocalist’s monthly residency with her group, Jazz Cult, at the Black Dog Café in St. Paul. She draws songs from all over, including the Great American Songbook, Pokey LaFarge’s apocalyptic 'Underground' and her own seductive 'Stuck.'"
